Method of preparation:

These ingredients result in a large and very very tasty tiramisu cake, only good for a festive meal attended by many guests. I used a large rectangular tray, with dimensions of 23cm / 37cm, to assemble the cake.
Put 8 yolks in a bowl, add 200g of powdered sugar, the 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and mix until the yolks double in volume and a whitish foam results.

In the obtained composition, we add the 4 essences of rum, the sachet of cappuccino and the 50 ml of milk. Put the bowl with the composition on a steam bath, on top of a pan with boiling water, without the bottom of the bowl touching the water and mix with a whisk for about 10 minutes, until the sugar melts and the composition begins to thicken. Meanwhile, beat the whipped cream, using a mixer.

In another bowl, put 5 teaspoons of nes, 5 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 5 teaspoons of whipped cream and mix with a teaspoon until smooth.
