Perfect for breakfast, the pancakes are quick to prepare and very tasty.

  • 450 ml Joya Natur soy drink
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla essence or vanilla powder
  • Salt, oil
  • 1 jar of apricot jam for the filling

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with vanilla and apricot jam:

Mix the soy drink, flour, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a bowl. After mixing the ingredients, add the eggs and mix again. Grease a pan with a little oil and then make the pancakes one by one. If towards the end of the pancakes, the dough is too thick add soy drink to thin it.

Fill the pancakes with apricot jam and serve with a soy and cocoa drink.
