The biscuits break the pieces - this is the hardest part :). Pour the essence of rum and water over the broken biscuits.
In a saucepan mix the cocoa, sugar and 4 tablespoons of water and put on the fire.
Bring to the boil, remove from the heat and add the margarine.
Stir until smooth.
The sauce thus obtained is poured over the biscuits. Stir until they are all covered in cocoa sauce, add the jam and raisins and mix well.
Spread food foil on the table, and put half of the composition. Form a roll and wrap tightly. The same goes for the other half. Let it cool until it hardens well.

Biscuit salami recipe
- 500 g plain biscuits
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g butter
- 300 g shit
- 300 g nuts
- 50 g raisins
- 2-3 tablespoons rum
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon lemon or orange peel
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar or cocoa
Method of preparation
For starters, the raisins are cleaned, washed with lukewarm water and left to dry on a paper towel. Add a little rum over them and leave to soak.
Half of the walnuts are crushed and the other half is finely chopped.
The biscuits are crushed into small pieces and the shit is cut into small cubes.
On a medium heat, make a syrup of sugar and milk in a bowl, then add butter and cocoa (you can put water instead of milk to fast). The whole composition obtained is mixed well, leaving it to cool. Then mix the crushed walnuts, chopped biscuits, shit, raisins, lemon peel and chopped walnuts.
If the composition is too hard, add a tablespoon of rum, and if it is too soft, add 2-3 crushed biscuits.
The entire resulting composition is placed on a food foil powdered with sugar or cocoa and a thick, very compact roll of 5-6 cm is formed. Keep cold for 3-4 hours, then cut into slices.
