I was still thinking about how to make a tasty, tender and fragrant fasting Negro and I created this recipe that was a huge success in the family. But what do we do with this fasting egg that does NOT contain eggs?

When I say Blackberry or Brownie I instantly think of the famous American cake of the same name: soft, sticky, tender, chocolatey and made with a lot of butter, melted chocolate, eggs, sugar and some flour & # 8211 see here the authentic recipe. From it all the versions of today's Negrese started & # 8230 and in our country the recipe was a bit distorted due to the communist food crisis. Romanian blackberries are "fluffy" (ie sponge) and are made with oil and cocoa instead of butter and chocolate plus the eternal baking powder or baking soda.

So starting from this voluptuous brownie I managed to prepare an extraordinary fasting Negro! Instead of eggs I put well-ripened bananas, instead of flour I chose coconut flakes. Something very tasty came out, without eggs, without flour, without gluten & # 8211 so a vegan brownie that is suitable for those with allergies to gluten (celiac) as well as those with allergies to egg or milk proteins (lactose).

From the quantities below results a fasting blackberry baked in a rectangular tray of 20 x 25 cm or in a round shape of 24 cm in diameter.

Although great heat has been announced all over the country for a few days, summer has only arrived for me today! And if summer came, I couldn't help but have ice cream on the table. And which ice cream is the fastest to prepare? Frozen fruit, obviously!

So, today I came with banana ice cream with blueberries, which I took care to have in the freezer. What do I have left to do? Nothing simpler: to mix them quickly in a blender and enjoy the treatment! It has long been clear to me that this ice cream is not only extremely fast and tasty, but beats by far all the ice cream on the market, so carefully mixed with different flavors and powders.

And what about color? It is absolutely natural, without any chemical adjuvants. The same happens with natural flavor, not helped in any way by flavor enhancers, or & # 8222identically natural & # 8221 flavors. And last but not least, let's not forget that we only used two ingredients: frozen fruits! This makes it perfect for the little ones (lovers of a lot of ice cream, as it is known) who are thus much easier to convince to eat fruit!

Banana and blueberry muffins

This recipe for banana and blueberry muffins is ideal for babies at the age of self-diversification but also for older children. Fluffy and tasty, they are only good to take on the road, to be served for breakfast or as a snack. As in the case of the recipe for muffins with cherries, here too the banana has the role of sweetening the dough. Blueberries fit perfectly with its taste. In addition, they are made very quickly.

Preparation time: 20 min
Baking time: 25 - 30 min
Number of servings: 15 pcs
Vessel size: independent silicone molds

Ingredient:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons (120 g) of wholemeal flour or type 650 flour
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 125 g of fresh blueberries

TIPS & TRICKS

In order for the muffins to come out fluffy and grow, it is very important that the egg whites are whipped, separated from the yolks, especially since they do not use baking powder, baking soda or other loosening agents for the muffin dough.

Beat the egg whites until they froth, using a mixer (the one I use is this one).

Add one yolk at a time, stirring constantly, then lightly sift a tablespoon of flour.

Separately, crush the bananas with a fork until creamy.

Using a spatula (I use a silicone one, similar to this), incorporate the banana puree into the mixture of eggs and flour and pour everything into muffin tins.

In order for the muffins to come off easily after baking, I recommend using individual silicone molds or a tray, also made of silicone, like the one here. If the shapes are not made of silicone, but of metal, put a muffin paper in each one first.

Washed and dried blueberries are then distributed in each form. If frozen, they are used as such, rolled in flour (to absorb moisture).

Bake at 160 degrees without a fan for 25-30 minutes.

If you prepare the muffins exclusively for adults, you can add 4 tablespoons of sugar or other sweeteners when you beat the egg whites.

How do we prepare the recipe for sweet skewers?

Bananas are crushed with a fork, the more ripe they are, the easier they are crushed. Add the sugar, butter kept at room temperature and vanilla and mix with a whisk. Add flour, salt and cocoa powder and mix well until a very soft and relatively liquid dough results.

Pour it into a small tray, I used one about 20 & times20, and put it on the baking sheet to take it out of the tray more easily when it's ready.

Bake at 180 C for 25-30 min. It can be checked with a toothpick if it is ready.

If you put more bananas they will become more sticky. They taste just as good but the consistency will be a little different.

Before cutting it, it must be allowed to cool.

For installation I used long skewer sticks and I alternated bananas with pieces of blackberries and blueberries. In total there are 10 skewers.


Blueberry and banana check

Preheat the oven to 160 & degC with ventilation. It is very important that the butter is soft at room temperature. We froth the butter with the sugar and the core from the vanilla pod, with the mixer at high speed, for 10 minutes or until the sugar granules are no longer felt. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each. We put the bananas, pureed with a fork. We mix. Then add flour, sifted with salt and baking powder. We mix.

At the end we put the blueberries, passed through the flour. Mix lightly with a spatula. Pour the composition into a cake pan or cake, greased with butter and lined with flour, or with butter and baking paper. Bake the banana cake for 45-50 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test (a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean, without traces of dough) and is nicely browned. Let it cool a little in the pan, then turn it over on a wooden bottom, on one side, and let it cool very well. It is very important that Banana bread does not give up.

When the cake is cold, we powder it with sugar, slice it and enjoy a delicious dessert! Good appetite!

  • 350 g yogurt (I used with 3.5% fat)
  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 100 g old powder

  • 100 ml milk + 30 ml

Put hydrated gelatin in 50 ml of cold water in a metal bowl.
